Channel 4 has used the base of LSE Cities’ research on Narborough Road in Leicester to introduce their TV shows. Locals from Britain’s Most Diverse Street introduce Channel 4 shows makes use of Dr Suzanne Hall‘s Super-diverse streets project, by showing Narborough Road’s over 35 ethnicities, with residents originating from across the globe. The Super-diverse streets project is an ESRC-funded research exploration of the intersections between city streets, social diversity and economic adaptations in the context of accelerated migration.
