LSE Cities’ Philipp Rode gave a keynote lecture at the annual conference of the German Academy for Urban and Regional Spatial Planning on Friday 27 September in Hamburg. The conference which was hosted together with the City of Hamburg and IBA Hamburg (International Building Exhibition) focussed on ecological modernisation in cities.
