LSE Cities’ Director Ricky Burdett contributed to the programme “Decision Time: Who will host the 2020 Olympics?”, which was broadcast on Japan’s NHK BS1 channel on 7 September 2013, shortly before the announcement that the 2020 Olymic Games had been awarded to Tokyo.
