Sobia Ahmad Kaker of LSE Cities Urban Uncertainty research project, presented a paper titled ‘Performing security, embodying difference or spatialising violence? Urban enclaves as geopolitical sites’ at a panel co-organised at the British International Studies Association (BISA) conference in Birmingham (20-22 June).
