LSE Cities’ Suzanne Hall will speak tomorrow at the 11th Annual Ethnography Symposium on Current Developments in Ethnographic Research in the Social and Management Sciences. The symposium, hosted by the University of the West of England from the 24th-26th August, focuses on the theme of Engaging with the challenge: impacts on ethnography and the impact of ethnography. Drawing from the super-diverse streets research project, Dr Hall’s keynote, ‘Ethnography and the city: perspectives from the margins’, will focus on how ethnography connects to global processes of migration and urbanisation.
