Configuring Light night walk

An event of the Configuring Light series hosted by Configuring Light

On 7 May 2014, Mark Major, Satu Streatfield and Jack Wates of Speirs+Major took the LSE Cities team on a night walk through London, exploring urban lights of all ages and scales. Starting with the mystical gas lights in the small alleys of Westminster, over to bright LED street lights and prominent architectural lights around St James Park, the group made its way to the biggest lighting spectacle London has to offer: Piccadilly Circus. Ending with a peek into a night-time shoot of a film at Trafalgar Square.
