Disrupting Mobility Summit

A Global Summit Investigating Sustainable Futures

Conference hosted by LSE Cities

This high-level international conference investigated the role of rapidly changing transport technologies to enable more sustainable global futures. It offered a platform for policy-makers, academics, technologists, entrepreneurs and others to discuss advances in mobility systems and ICT-enabled applications that are driving a new era of mobility services.

Organised in partnership with the MIT Media Lab, U.C. Berkeley’s Transportation Sustainability Research Center (TSRC) and the Berlin Social Science Centre, the Disrupting Mobility Summit offered a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse and international group of experts working at the vanguard of socio-technological change.

Videos of the summit are available here. LSE Cities research also featured in the book Disrupting Mobility: Impacts of Sharing Economy and Innovative Transportation on Cities, which can be previewed and purchased here.
