Theatrum Mundi’s Designing the Urban Commons: last chance to vote

Public voting for Theatrum Mundi’s 2015 ideas competition Designing the Urban Commons closes this Sunday 31 May.

The winning proposals – chosen by jury and public vote – will be shown alongside the highlights of our 2014 New York competition Designing for Free Speech at exhibitions taking place in June in both London and Berlin.

All submissions will be available to view in the gallery, ranging from online platforms for finding and re-using spaces in the city, to schemes for collective building, playful interventions and theoretical perspectives. Following a lively debate the jury chose a range of approaches: some were the most practicable proposals, others were those that most engagingly questioned what commoning in the city means.

Visit the online gallery to vote for your favourite designs.
All winners will be announced soon after voting closes on 31st May.
