Thank you for connecting with LSE Cities at Habitat III. We thought you may be interested to hear more about our Executive MSc in Cities, a flexible programme for experienced urban professionals who want to improve the way their organisations understand and deliver change in cities.
Following a successful inaugural year in 2016, when we welcomed our first cohort of 23 urban professionals from 15 cities, we are now accepting programme and scholarship applications for September 2017.
The programme
Teaching is delivered through five intensive weeks in London from September to June, consisting of lectures, seminars and workshops run by LSE faculty and high-profile guest speakers with direct experience of urban change in governmental, civic and corporate contexts. Through these sessions, participants are exposed to the latest analysis, strategy and delivery tools to address urgent issues of urban inequality, economic development and environmental sustainability.
The final six months of the programme are dedicated to a consultancy project where participants work within their own organisations to apply their newly gained knowledge, skills and strategies in their workplace.
