LSE Cities is seeking a part-time Research Assistant with expertise in urban policy and data analysis to provide support for the centre’s project EU Metromonitor – Cities and the Economic Recession since 2008.The appointment will be for a fixed-term period of 8 months from 21 October 2013, on a part-time basis up to 14 hours a week.
A masters degree in a relevant field is essential, as is experience of urban policy, local economic development and data analysis, preferably at the EU level. Candidates must also have any necessary visa or work permit required to work in the UK already in place for the duration of the appointment.
