UN publishes Habitat III policy paper co-led by LSE Cities

The United Nations has published Policy paper 4: Urban governance, capacity and institutional development, one of ten policy papers that will contribute towards setting the New Urban Agenda. In 2015 and early 2016, LSE Cities co-led jointly with UCLG a group of 20 global experts as part of the preparatory process for the United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development (Habitat III), taking place in Quito, Ecuador, from 17–20 October 2016.
